I had an excellent experience! They were extremely professional and recommended a deep conditioning treatment which made my previously dry hair soft and shiny. The blow out and straightening was the best I've ever had. They are extremely knowledgable and make sure you are 100% happy with the results by the end. Can't wait to go again!
I spent $90 on a wash & set that didn't even last 12 hours. Expect long wait times, high prices, and below-average results.
Hair Beautiful with Wonderful Customer Service!
My first time going to a salon and these ladies gave me such a horrible time. This was a horrible horrible experience! I cut my hair and I asked for it to be trimmed and designed if possible. I told them I wasn’t sure but if they had recommendations then that was fine ! I would go with it because it’s my first time and I’m not sure what I may need. The stylist kept yelling at me asking what I wanted and I told her and she got frustrated and went to another co worker complaining about me speaking her language as if I didn’t know she was talking about me. I was embarrassed by my hair already and bringing me out for everyone to see was highly rude and embarrassing. I will never come here again and I recommend no one to come to this salon. Very horrible and embarrassing experience.
I love coming here. They're always friendly, follow all covid regulations and do a wonderful job with my hair. It's grown so much since I started coming here! Whenever someone asks where they can go to get a good blow out, I always recommend the Dominican Beauty Salon.
It took a little while but I got here earlier on a Saturday (about 1030) and my hair was flawless when I left (about 12). I had a wash set and flat iron. The lady that did my hair also evened out the chop job I had from another salon. One of the very few times I have left a tip. I have def found my go to spot in Buffalo.
They have no idea what to do with natural African American hair. After spending 4 hours here and a trip to the ATM bc they don’t accept cards, my hair is heavy and greasy. Total waste of money. The only thing that makes me feel good about my money wasted is the wash. She did a phenomenal job washing my hair but the whole blow dry, dryer land flat iron experience was a waste!!
